Clam Broccoli Farfalle with Lobster Sauce
8 ounces farfalle pasta
1 can of lobster chowder
7-8 pieces of broccoli
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the farfalle pasta for 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and onion until fragrant, about 1 minute.
In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and sauté until they are crisp-tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour the lobster chowder into the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts and combines with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the cooked farfalle pasta and cooked.
Stir-Fried Minced Pork (Pad Krapow Moo)
Pork Mince 250g
Tomato 2 pcs
Onion
Garlic
Basil leaf
Oil
Lime - optional
Fisb Sauce
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Instructions:
Heat Oil over medium heat, stir in the ground pork, stir fry until changed colour
Put garlic, tomato, onion, stir fry for 1-2 mins
Pour Soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and basil leaf, stir fry for 1 min
Drizzle with lime juice and serve

Cocoa Power 20g
Oreo Biscuit crunch
Digestive Biscuit crunch
Egg Yolk 3 pcs
Sugar 100g
Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
In a smalll bowl, whisk egg yolk and sugar until double in volume and velvety smooth.
In another bowl, whisk mascarpone and vanilla extract, into slightly cooled egg mixture, then gently fold in.
Line the bottom of a 20cm square baking dish with Oreo biscuit crunch, pour the egg yolk and cheese mixture, then put the degesticve biscuit on top. Repeat with remaining ingredient.
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Put cocoa powder on top when it is ready to serve
Pork Belly with Garlic Chilli Oil
- 1 pound (450g) thinly sliced pork belly
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorn powder (optional for a spicy kick)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Handful of sesam
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, black vinegar, sugar, salt, and Sichuan peppercorn powder (if using). This is your garlic sauce.
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced pork belly and stir-fry until it turns golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the pork from the wok and drain any excess oil on paper towels.
In a serving dish, arrange the crispy pork slices.
Pour the garlic sauce over the pork slices.
Garnish with sesame.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Sliced Pork with Garlic Sauce!
